Return & Refund Policy

The window

You may return any piece within 15 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and in its original box, pouch and tags.

How to start a return

• Email sales@tanviksha.com with your order reference and reason.
• We arrange a free reverse pickup within 48 hours in serviceable PIN codes.
• Pack the piece exactly as it arrived so it travels safely.

Refunds

Once the piece reaches our studio and passes inspection, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges, where paid, are not refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or piece are free once per order within the same 15-day window.

Exceptions

Custom, engraved and personalised pieces, as well as earrings opened from their seal, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — unless they arrive damaged, in which case we replace them.

Damaged on arrival

Tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace the piece or refund it in full, including shipping.
