Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.

Product representation

Hand-finished pieces vary slightly in tone and stone placement. Screen colours also differ. Small variation is a feature of the craft, not a defect.

Intellectual property

All imagery, copy, designs and the Tanviksha Store name belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Mumbai.
